What is this

I had one of theses when I was younger I would say late 60's early 70's my mom had pictures of us riding on them. I found this one at a antique store and had to buy it as this is a childhood memory. I always thought it was called an MOGO Rider but I cannot find any history on this style of hand pedal car, any information would be much appreciated. The car is missing the pump arms and runner to the axle but this is something I could build myself just would like to see an image one in better shape.
