Antique Silver Asian Siam Elephant Lamp Candleholder IDK What It Is

Hello all. I have what I believe to be some kind of silver elephant 5" long and 2 1/2" wide. Not sure as to where it came from. I am guessing Siam. Looks like there are turquoise and possibly coral stones on it. Not sure as to what it is. Could be some kind of lamp? There is a very small hole in the piece that comes out. It looks like some kind of fluid could go inside but I am not sure. I was hoping someone could guide me here.
