Here is my vintage sterling silver cross necklace from Italian designer Paolo Romeo. The Cross measures 1 3/4" tall x 1 1/4" wide. Box style sterling silver chain measures 17" long and is in excellent condition - lobster claw style clasp - metal tag next to clasp reads PAOLO ROMEO on one side and 925 ITALY on the other side.
