These vintage Chinese ceramic rice/soup bowls are from the 60s/70s. The gilt rims are intact in this set of bowls and the vermillion designs around the rim are actually the Chinese character for "rice grains" or "paddy" in a stylised format.
The orange tray the bowls are on, is a vintage 60s/70s Florentine resin tray.
