    I wish the box was in better shape. The whole thing seems politically incorrect to me. Is this an important piece? Is it collectible? rare?
    Im thinking 1950's Is there a demand for things of this nature? Stamped JAPAN on bottom. Seems like cast iron.box is 5X4 inches. Im not sure how best to describe this item.

      I have a couple of cocktail stirrers that match this. I think you are on target with the dates. There is a whole collectors group who do cocktail collectible s.
      this would be a sought after set. Agree about the political correctness...
