CR CO Sterling Vintage Reis Pin

I almost had byer's remorse because I didn't really like the pin too much. It looked a bit too "modern" to me. I just couldn’t pass on a good deal and on an addition to my pin collection.

After Searching the Internet I found out that this pin was made by the Reis Company, an American manufacturer of jewelry out of Indianapolis. The company, as far I as read, closed its doors in the mid-seventies. I guess this makes this pin at least 30 years old.
