Beautiful hanging lamp

Hi all,
Just found this stunning hanging lamp and wanted to find out as much information about it as possible. I believe it's from the 1960s and is made of pewter an what appears to be hand blown coloured glass . I can't seem to find any information though, I'd love to know the artist or any information someone can offer. The pictures I have aren't great but I'm hoping you enjoy looking at them as much as I do.
