    I'd like to know the year this might have been made. It has pacific on the face. 21 jewels adjusted in the middle. Then says Tornado with the serial number below it inthe back of it. All numbers match. Plus it has a 8point buck on back

      What you have there is what's known in watch collecting circles as a "Swiss Fake." In the late 1800's early 1900's the Swiss didn't have the watch monopoly they do today. To make inroads into the US market they produced watches that resembled watches being made by American companies at that time. Some of them were very close knockoffs while others had a kind of fantasy railroad appeal. Sometimes they even made claims to have jewels when actually used pieces of glass... Anyway, some people do collect them. Thanks for sharing it!!
