    I hereby keep you informed of the extension of my cicada family. The family has been extended with an early plastic / Bakelite partially implementing a twin in the form of a brooch. This brooch is an early souvenir from the French city of Cannes.

      Very fascinating. We have been taken over by them a time or two. My son and I saw one very closeup the night I bought my first new car. At the time I assumed what it was, but was not certain.
