red enamel painted metal vase looking? I picked up at an estate sale with no info, it has 4 mounting holes on base. It has a plate on the inside about 7 inches down, appearing to be original.loved the dragons uniqueness but don't know what it was used for?
Newel Post decoration maybe , which explains the 4 holes to screw it down. BOB
