This is a nice old porcelain wall plaque, hand painted, I would guess made in Germany, she needs a good cleaning, any ideas on the age or maker? and does anyone have one simular to it? kinda large for a wallplaque :)

Possible it is a Dresden Mark Germany . It is safe to wash it as color is fired in ,just warm soapy water and rinse off . Not to hot or cold of water . Very nice
KPM and Miesen are also German makers of these types .Very nice !
