I think these are all turquoise but I don't know... Any idea on what these are? Are they just painted beads?
Please let me know if you know - (Whitish spots are from the flash in my camera.)
Thank you.

You can't tell from a picture. I bought a bunch of it and also Jade when I was in Viet Nam and brought it home. All you had to do was buy cheap costume dancing dolls, remove the fake jewels and glue your real stuff on in place of the fake stuff. Everyone brought home those $2 fake dolls. I wonder how many were refitted? No Manikin I don't have them anymore so don't go there. Although I wish I did. $$$$$
Thank you for writing! I didn't know that... Something new every day!
fhr I heard that :-) ah hah I thought I took care of you when you got home from Nam (Nam RN) and seems you had to hospitalized for withdrawl from doll fever :-) Very clever you were . And US is flooded with Nam dolls on market today ! Now I know the real truth <wink>
Thanks fhrjr2!
Anyone know what the green stones are? Thanks.
Not painted - dyed beads are very popular right now and come from China, Africa and India. Do you go to the gem shows? Tucson, Quartzite, Gemfaire? - just a few to name here on the west coast, not sure where you live. These are all over those seller tables. Howlite is a popular stone that takes dye well. Lots of fun stone beads out there right now.
