    I received this ring when I was a child in the early 70's. It was from a great uncle who lived in Africa. That's all I remember. I believe it's silver with no gems or markings. I think that's a snake in the middle. If anyone has seen anything similar I'd appreciate any info. Its unique and from a relative who is long gone. It is very dear to me.:-)

      Did the people who authenticated it give you any information about it's origin? Normally something that has been authenticated gets a bit of history.

      I'm sorry. My title for this ring before contained the word "Authentic". I've changed that. It is from Africa. I use to have two but now just the one. That was the only time I met that G Uncle because he did live in Africa. He was a successful man and brought a few items(as gifts 4 the family) when he came back to the states to carry out his father's final wishes with his two sister's.
