Metal Pipe Sculpture?

This pipe/tube metal sculpture is so simple and wonderfully executed. I am not certain of the maker, (can’t find a mark) but I am wondering because of the certainty of the design and how it was constructed, it looks as though it was a talented soul. I choose this because it reminds me of mid century modern art. It stands at approx, 13” tall at the highest point.
