1950's Original Nudie Suit Made for Jim Denny

This suit was given to my husband by Dollie D. Denny, widow of James R. Denny. Nudie Cohn created this gorgeous suit for Jim to wear as he performed his duties as manager of The Grand Ole Opry in the 50's in Nashville, Tn.
Jim Denny went on to become one of Nashville's most important music industry figures. He founded the very successful Cedarwood Publishing Company and published many of the songs that still endure today. He also booked many famous country music acts of the 50's and 60's until his untimely death in 1963.
