    Looks like something Versace or a VERY Regal designer would make. It's numbered and has a name that honestly, I cannot make out. It measures 5" across and a little over 2" tall. The bowl looks heavy glazed black with gold rings around it as well as a gold and white etched design. It is all white inside.

      Aghcollect is right, Italy. Italy cranked and cranks out a lot of pottery. If you posted additional pictures we could see if we could tell you more. Most likely it was an export piece from the 60/70s. Very nice but not uncommon.
