Vintage ladies Swiss Watches

I came across these today. The one on the right is made by Buler. I am not sure if it is mechanical but has a broken winder or battery? I have no idea of age.
The square faced watch is made by ? I cant quite read the name. It has Ancre 15 Rubis and is wind up and working perfectly. It has the word Swiss on the face but it is all very delicate and tiny with a beautiful dome of glass or crystal over the face. If anybody has better eyesight than me and could see what the makers name is that would be great.
