antique picture / calender framed and used for picture

This is a picture that my grandmother had in her house. I think it was a calender that they used as a picture in their living room. The frame seems to be very old as well. I don't know much more about it but I think it is very cool. There is a name just above the lettering that reads P.A. Edloff.
Can you tell me anything about it and is worth anything.
