I have researched this duck to no avail. If anyone has any information concerning this duck I would really appreciate it. It measures a little over 10" including base. The bottom side of the base is signed Paul Vega 1991 and on the top of the vase is another signature that looks like P A Gomez '89. Maybe one is the carver and one is the painter? The duck is beautifully hand painted.
