Large antique all hand painted umbrella vase, gold, greens, browns, yellow, very beautiful,I bought this vase about 10 years ago,a man who granny had passed was selling it out of the attic,it does has a bite out of the top side, other than that it's beautiful, need to know how old and who the maker could be.

The posting of your vase is greatly appreciated!! I have 2 matching vases with a different design than yours but very similar in colors, size, style and the same handles! Also, no markings. Mine came from a big old house that had caved in so the city was tearing down about 8yrs. ago. You can tell they aren't junk and more like old pottery not ceramic. No info about mine either though. Will be keeping up with info you find if you don't mind. sorry so long!

So sad it has that bite on the top, but what a beautiful piece. My parents were in and still are in the antique business. I was too stupid to appreciate then, the beautiful things I grew up around. They had pieces like this at home and in their shop. I can look at this stuff for hours.
