- Sandcast ceramic figurine Dalmatian dog with heart shaped balloons
- Measures 3 3/4" wide and 4 1/4" tall (to top of balloons)
- The "balloons" are also ceramic but the "strings" are metal wire
- Circa 1990's / label removed but probably China-made
