I Just love this bracelet. Wish I knew more about it. Such intricate lace designed metal. Brass? Wearable. Springs open to put on and closes nicely around the main flower. I want to say Neiger, but no marks except it says Czechoslavkia..I haven't see a signed Neiger? Any help would be appreciated. What year was Czech jewellery really popular..such controversy on the web. Thanks for any help all you experts can provide. blingiton1948

It's a bit over the top for me but I love the work that has gone into it just because it isn't something I would wear it doesn't mean I cannot appreciate it in itself.
