A cute little milk glass pitcher with a windmill and floral design , I believe it was produced by the Imperial Glass Co. this is most common type, but there is several colors that are more desirable the iridescent examples, marigold , purple and the most desired blue .

I have one that is a 20 ounce jug in caramel slag. These were made by Imperial Glass is different sizes. It is part of the #514 line that is also known as 'Windmill'. If yours is a later production there may be the IG mark; on my just the mark is inside center bottom. Imperial Glass often marked their glass on the inside bottom. As you mention this pattern was made in various colors and carnival glass finishes.
