Estate Find! 1950's Stanley roll-up tool chest #951 & tools.

This tool chest is in almost new condition, as are the tools. Has almost all of the original tools with only the 2 hammers and the 2 hand drils missing. Tools look like they were used only slightly. The chisels are extremely sharp and the planer's are like new. What is realy cool is that the tool chest still has the tool catalog for that year (see picture). Even cooler is that it still has the original key! I think it's from the 50's. Chest is about 28" x 23" x 8" in size. Any thoughts, comments, value would be helpfull.
