This is the 1999 "Turn of the Century Limited 0303 Edition" Ridgeway grandfather clock; measures 90x24x14" that I bought in an auction. It is in perfect condition. It costs me about $1400
I failed to find information about the clock from internet. So any information about this clock is highly appreciated.
Also, i'm looking for the weight shell for the clock, but i couldn't find it from Ridgeway website. Can i use Howard Miller weight shells in stead of Ridgeway?
    Thank you so much!

You've got the serial number and the company is still in business. Why not get the information straight from them?

Looks kind of like their current "Martinville" model. See: http://www.ridgewayclocks.com/ProductDisplay?catalogId=13051&storeId=12651&productId=1680027&langId=-1&categoryId=69154&parent_category_rn=69154&top_category=
