Trying to precisely identify this great Waltham I have. I found many similar, however none have the detailed stenciling around the numbers like mine. Google was no help, even with image searching. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Numbers from inside the watch are:
    23693176 - Serial number
    45329
    Patented March 1912
5329 - inscribed on the inside bezel

Wound it up and it still runs like a champ, anxious to see just how old it any and the history behind it. Thanks !

What they have is a Size 37 Automobile Clock. The movement dates to 1910 according to Waltham's records. The 1912 patent date is likely on the case, not the movement. Movements were made in advance and sold over time which would explain the difference in dates. The detail to the dial adds little importance. The date could very well be 1912, for it being put together, or within the next few years. 100yrs old.
