Just came across some Native American items at local garage sale but I'm not sure if they are vintage or what they truly are. This is what I think is a vintage Native American spirit mask depicting a frog. Has articulated jaw that will open and close and even hand carved teeth also hand painted. Not sure of time period tribe or anything really hinges on back look to very old. Not sure of the type of wood does have obvious damage but I was hoping to see what others who may be more experts believe this is. It's about 6 in across and almost 9 in tall.
Well I did find out something this is a Bali Frog Ceromonial mask. The only problem is dating it they do make them over there still so its hard for me to tell. I still find it to be a really cool piece.
