Blown glass Victorian "Remember Me" mug

This is a Victorian white blown glass "Remember Me" mug. I love how sentimental those wacky Victorians were. When held up to a strong light, it has a great orange-red glow. There is a pontil on the bottom. I love the hand painted gold details. Any ideas on country/age of origin? English or American? It is in mint condition which is pretty neat considering its' age and frailty.

I have owned this about 20 years and it came from a local estate. It is amazing what can be found when you start cleaning out your closets.....
