Soda Bottles

I picked up these three non Coke bottles the other day. I was attracted to the bottle styles. I left a 'KIK' bottle behind because seller wanted to keep it. The stubby 7-up I found good info on, but nothing on the RC Ginger Ale and just a little on the Orange Crush. I did pick up a nice Coca Cola bottle from Israel as well, but that is staying in my collection.
Any info on value of these non Coke bottles is greatly appreciated.
