This adjustable ring has a marking located on the inside that reads
"Robbins co Attleboro"
It's brass & the check mark on the front is interesting to me, I have been unable to locate another. Does anyone know the significance of this particular ring and it's markings?
I have the exact same ring that was my grandfather's. I know he was in the navy and that could possibly be where it is from. He was also a private detective but I don't know if that is relevant. I would like to know more about the ring because I was very close to him and he never told me about it other than that it would be mine one day.
