This is a 1974 issue postage stamp from Mongolia of a "Common Panda".
There was a full series of seven different bears / denominations issued.
- Issued in July, 1974 / Cancelled with original gum on back (unused)
- Scott catalog #789 - (20) mung - "Common Panda"
