B Whittow and son copper engraved plate

We recently bought a copper etching picture, the sizes are

53 cm x 42 cm approx

The stamp on the back is

B Whittow & Son
No 31 Shoe Lane
Holborn
London

I have attached a few pictures of it the best I can get with my camera at the moment.

We have tried to search through various artists linked through that time , still we are coming up with dead ends ,

Any advice or help at all would be greatly appreciated.
