My great grandfather's pencil

Inherited from my Great Grandfather. Pencil is 5 1/2 " long. I'd really like to find the matching fountain pen, but would like it to be the same model and year, not just matching material. Any help in identifying this pencil and what it's companion pen is would be greatly appreciated.
