Love my chair but known nothing about it. Please help.

Black plastic base, the bottom section unscrews. All cushions seem to be original and covers cal all be unzipped to be washed. The inside of the main chair bowl has 4 built in plastic hoop things protruding so that you can attached strings from the back of the cushion.
I love my chair and think its really fun and super comfy but do no know its age or who made it and was interested to find out more about it as i have not come across anything similar. Can anyone help?
