Leviton Atomic/Nuclear Themed Lamp

I have these two weird lamps that are atomic/nuclear themed. Looks like there's a nuclear symbol inside of an oven, over a stylized eagle. It just seems like such a weird thing to have on a lamp. The plugs on these lamps are the older style of plugs, if you know what I mean. I think these lamps have been painted, unfortunately, which would probably compromise their value if they are antiques. Anybody have any information about these?
