This is a lovely tripod with believed to be a glass finish.
It is stamped Excelsior as shown and Germany on the underside.
The brown leather case has Kodak embossed on the button fastener.
Unknown if they are a set? Or an odd pair?
A date of the tripod would be great if anyone can help.
    Thanks

I am about to list a very similar tripod on eBay. The top of mine says "Excelsior" and "D.R.P." which I learned is similar to a trademark, used in pre-WWII Germany. There are also two 5-point stars. My leather case is also very similar to yours, though in much rougher condition, and I can find no "Kodak" markings.
