    War guy? With dog lamp.. I do not the year or who made it.. One foot and fifteen inches tall. Five and a half on the bottom.. Seven and a half more towards the top..

      Sorry hit send accidentally...I think it's modern, probably out of Thailand. I'd start googling Hunter lamp and see if I'm right. There will be a market for this
