This is a Glen Garry Very Old Scotch Whisky bottle. My Grandmother used to use them after they were empty as door stoppers.

I just bought one exactly like this at Goodwill. Would love to know the age and value.

I have almost the same jug except, below the curved line beneath "very old scotch whisky" are the words "45.3 alcohol per volume contents 1 quart 6 fluid ounces" on the same contour as the curved line. There is also an oval potter's mark on the botttom but the words are illegible.
