My mom found this in her back yard in Garfield, Kentucky, we have searched all over trying to find if it's just junk or if it has a meaning behind it.

Its flat, and has a makers mark of twi acorns and one of the acorns has a C in it
posted picture of back, it's not really clear
the back piece comes off, that is why we are unsure of what the piece is.
Thanks, i have been looking everywhere. And I'll have to have my mom look im in michigan and shes in Kentucky
