    so far what I have found out is this piece is from London Queen Victoria era.

    Bottom says Thomas Bond, the number 53, initials TH, has the lion on all fours, the initials of RS I think and the Queen and some other marks I cant find.

    Please help

      That mark was used by Francis Boone Thomas of London, silversmith and retailer.
      The firm closed in 1941.

      The photo of the marks is not clear enough to give a certain date but they will be London Hallmarks. The date mark is at the bottom to the left of the Queen's head. You should check out the shape of the letter .... Here:
