Old College Beanie, six panel wool felt and leather & chenille, unknown what College for sure. ELS on the Front. Made by the standard pennant company, big run Pennsylvania. They were established in 1919. any help would be appreciated

Standard Pennant Company began operations in 1919 in Big Run, Pennsylvania with the production of banners, pennants, chenille emblems and other items made of felt. We are still doing business today with some of these early customers.
