This watch has inscribed on it: A hulu enin n Co" (first picture). Inside it says Locle. I am having a hard time finding information on it. The face has small colored flowers on it in the corners. Thank you.

Le Locle is a town/village in Switzerland in the heart of the watch making industrie.
So your watch is probably Swiss made. A clear picture of the movement mabye tells us more.
