This is an unusual piece in that the head and arms are hard porcelain along with the base. However under her dress is soft as if it may have been used as a "pin cushion"?? But the piece is in excellent condition and could probably use a lite cleaning. She is 7 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches wide at her base.
