Cased ribbed tango glass vase London 1923

Another cased tango glass vase - this one a deep orange with 8 ribs forming feet of sorts.
Unknown maker at present.
The silversmith's mark is not clear but might be shield-shaped. The gothic [h] for 1923 is very clear.
21cm high.
