My 12yr. old son just bought this at a local Auction on 3/2/11, He said that he dose not want it redone, he like's it just the way it is and that he just wants to put it up in his room! I was just wondering how old it is and what company made it? Any idea's? It looks like the name on it is Belknap Blazer or Belhnap Blazer, but not to sure, can only make out Be????p Blazer.

Thank for your time and any Help

I believe your wagon was manufactured by Belknap Hardware & Mfg. Co. in Louisville, Kentucky. Someone made that comment in reference to a child's Farm Wagon that I have on here and on ebay. You might check it out. Your son is pretty smart by not wanting it refinished.

I had that exact wagon when I was growing up. We got it in the early 50's, and it was a "Belknap Blazer." I think it is still at my mom's house. My dad had to repair the tongue, which he did with a piece of aluminum. Other than that repair, it is still good - although I think one wheel may have worn through.
Yours has spent too much time out in the rain!
