Antique Bronze Pendant (Nordic?)

I got this at a garage sale (it was very out of place next to the other jewelry they had) and have been scouring the internet to figure out if any of the markings mean anything or where it came from. It looks handcrafted and of high quality. Honestly, it could be anything, but I did find some similar looking Nordic runes that may be part of it (see last photo). Maybe Celtic? I can't say for sure, as I have no experience with those cultures and their antiquities. If anyone could help me out a bit, I'd be really grateful!
