Cat and Basket Planter/Figurine

I have no idea which company did this piece. It does have a 29 in a circle on the bottom, but nothing else. The cat has the look of Hull, Shawnee, McCoy. But, it's hard to tell exactly which one. It's a small planter about 4.5 in long.
