Beautiful Hand Painted Porcelain Vase W/ Red Overglaze Maker Mark

I found this gorgeous hand painted vase at a thrift store the other day. Something about the kooky looking bird caught my eye, and, if something catches my eye, it goes home with me.

It's a good sized piece, being not too big, nor too small, so it won't be hard to find a place for it in my home. It's about 8 3/4" tall, 8" deep, and 4 3/4" at the base. Just right, if you ask me.

It's marked "Made in China" on the bottom, but the red overglaze appears older than you usually find nowadays. I'm guessing somewhere in the 40s-60s? I don't recognize the maker mark above the "Made in China" and the few resources I have for Chinese maker marks didn't bring any more awareness for me. Does anyone recognize it?
