Blenko? Amber Crackle Glass Decanter With Flame Stopper

I got this decanter from an auction. I am not sure but I believe it is a Blenko. There are no marks or stickers. It is a beautiful crackle glass genie decanter. I want to say it is amber in color but I am not sure. Could be be honey color? It measures approximately 13 1/2" tall.
Like I said I am not sure what it is. Is it a Blenko? Is it amber or honey or some other color? Is it old? I hope someone here will know more about it. I hope I didn't pay too much for it, lol.
