Ivory Comb - Lice comb? Very Fine and Old

Lovely fine tooth comb made from Ivory. It is fine tooth like a lice comb. It was a gift to me from my great grandfather who brought it to the US from the Middle East many, many years ago. A few teeth are missing and there is a split forming in the center but I cherish it.
